Please ensure that you have the following documents ready at hand before you fill the online application form:

1. Scanned copy of signature in JPG/ JPEG format (File size should not exceed 05-20 KB).
2. Scanned copy of passport size colour photograph in JPG/JPEG format (File size should not exceed 05-50 KB).
3. Scanned copy of A4 size Offer Letter in JPG/JPEG format (File size should not exceed 50-100 KB).
4. Scanned copy of A4 size CLC/SLC in JPG/JPEG format (File size should not exceed 50-100 KB).

6. Scanned copy of A4 size Xiith Marksheet in JPG/JPEG format (File size should not exceed 50-100 KB).
7. Caste Certificate (50-100kb) (If applied in reservation quota )
8. Currently if you don’t have any of the above document then write an application with exact reason regarding that document and agreed in the application that you will submit that original document in the college on the time of physical document verification. Scan that application and upload in the place of same document.

• ऑनलाइन एडमिशन एवं शुल्क भुगतान करने के बाद महाविद्यालय द्वारा निर्धारित समयावधि में संबंधित मूल दस्तावेज के साथ नामांकन कार्यालय में जमा करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे अन्यथा आपका नामांकन विश्वविद्यालय पोर्टल पर वैलिडेट नहीं किया जाएगा।
• आवेदन संपूर्ण रूप से सबमिट करने के पश्चात या कभी भी लॉग इन पटल में प्रवेश के उपरांत लॉग ऑउट करना न भूले । साइबर कैफ़े के संचालक भी इस बात का ख्याल रखें कि वो एक समय में एक हीं छात्र का आवेदन भर सकते हैं , दूसरे आवेदन के पूर्व पहले आवेदक के लॉग इन पटल से लॉग ऑउट करना आवश्यक है ।

Admission Rule

• Any wrong information in form fill up will cause cancellation of admission.
• All students shall be required to submit their Original Certificates/Documants at the time of physical document verification in the college. Failure to do so shall result in cancellation of admission.
• Admission Will take only when student is alloted for this college. No other student will entertain.

Return/Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Admission once generated/paid, are non transferable and non refundable.
• College will not be refunding any amount to cyber cafe and to the candidates once the Application form is generated/paid.

Terms and Conditions

• Admission is subject to allotment of candidates in the college within the permissible seat limit.
• Colleges will confirm admission only after physical verification of the data entered in the admission form and the credentials presented at the time of admission and in case of dispute , the decision of the college will be final.
• It is the prerogative of the candidate to keep the information and credentials safe and secure.
